Job Description

The Associate Manager, Internal Communications role involves shaping and delivering high-impact messaging, driving alignment across leadership and business units, and strengthening employee engagement and culture. This includes working closely with senior leaders, as well as global Marketing, HR, and functional teams. Responsibilities include managing corporate messaging, developing and executing internal communications strategies, promoting employee programs, and measuring communication effectiveness. The role requires exceptional writing and editing skills, strong project management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, with a focus on building a connected, informed, and inspired workforce. This position also involves collaborating with the employee engagement committee on firmwide campaigns and recommending improvements to tools, processes, and knowledge-sharing practices.
Must have:
  • 5–7 years experience in internal/corporate communications or related field.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with executive and change communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on communications leader to join our India team and lead internal communications across the firm.

Purpose of Job

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact messaging, driving alignment across leadership and business units, and strengthening employee engagement and culture. You'll closely work with senior leaders—including the CEO and Chief Growth Officer—as well as global Marketing, HR, and functional teams. 
This is a high-visibility role that blends strategy, execution, and creativity. You’ll define how we communicate internally, bring consistency and clarity to corporate messaging, and help build a connected, informed, and inspired workforce. 

We'll trust you to:

  • 1. Corporate Messaging & Leadership Communications 
  • Serve as the central owner of high-level corporate messaging across internal and external channels 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning on key messages and priorities 
  • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure consistent voice and message alignment across all communications 
  • Draft, edit, and adapt content for leadership quotes, bios, and key announcements 
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment and approvals for major firmwide communications 
  • 2. Internal Communications Strategy & Execution 
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive internal communications framework: what to share, when, how, and through which channels 
  • Own first-pass content creation for executive communications, strategic initiatives, and company-wide announcements 
  • Oversee core channels, including company newsletters, all-hands meetings, digital signage, and Teams/SharePoint platforms 
  • Tailor content to diverse audiences while maintaining consistency in voice and tone 
  • Refine communications based on stakeholder feedback and input 
  • 3. Employee Engagement & Culture 
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and regional teams to promote employee programs, initiatives, and events 
  • Support storytelling that amplifies employee voices and strengthens Beghou’s culture 
  • Collaborate with the employee engagement committee on firmwide campaigns 
  • 4. Governance & Enablement 
  • Recommend and support governance for platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook groups 
  • Build repeatable processes for how communications are developed, reviewed, and deployed 
  • 5. Measurement & Continuous Improvement 
  • Monitor communication effectiveness using feedback, data, and analytics 
  • Recommend improvements to tools, processes, and knowledge-sharing practices 


You'll need to have:
  • Experience: 5–7 years in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field; experience in consulting or global/matrixed environments preferred 
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field 
  • Skills: 
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English 
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities 
  • Experience with executive communications and change communications 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook Groups) 
  • Familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools) 
  • Strategic mindset with a creative and collaborative approach
