Job Description

Wargaming seeks an Automation QA Engineer for its World of Warships Web Automation QA Team in Belgrade. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining test scenarios and frameworks (Python) for validating game-server and web service integrations, bug tracking (Jira), and collaborating with development to improve quality. The role requires 2+ years of backend automation testing experience using Python, knowledge of software testing theory and methods, and familiarity with development tools like version control systems and bug trackers. Advanced Russian and intermediate English are required. The position offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office).

Must have:

2+ years backend automation testing (Python)
Software testing theory & methods knowledge
Experience with development tools (version control, bug trackers)
PC architecture basics & component interaction knowledge
Advanced Russian, Intermediate English

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for an Automation QA Engineer to work in the World of Warships Web Automation QA Team in our Belgrade office.

The Web Automation QA Team does automation testing of the web applications and integration communication.

What will you do?

Development and maintenance of test scenarios and framework validating integration of our game-server and web services (on Python)
Bug-tracking the issues (Jira)
Collaboration with the development department to improve quality

What are we looking for?

2+ years of experience in backend automation testing on Python
Knowledge of the theory and methods of software testing
Experience in using development tools: version control systems, bug trackers
Knowledge of PC architecture basics and component interaction
Advanced Russian
Intermediate English level or higher
Readiness for work in Belgrade, Serbia (we help with relocation)
