Purpose of the Role

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and collaborative AV community with the expectation of delivering best in class AV planning & buying client servicing, commercial delivery, media owner relationships. This individual should show robust organisation, diligence, positivity, respect, and a passion for the role. The role involves working across high profile clients within the Dentsu roster including a global entertainment brand as well as others from a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a team to deliver consistent and best in class campaigns across AV

  • Manage your team’s workflow, output and development

  • Implement innovate ideas for media response and progressive processes to ensure operational excellence

  • Ensuring AV activity across Linear, VOD, Cinema and Audio is delivered to value and contractual guarantees

  • Ensure client servicing is of the highest standard for you and all direct reports

  • Have strong relationships with internal and external teams

  • Demonstrate market knowledge & new opportunities across all AV media

  • Support on pitches & new business

Qualifications + Skills

  • Substantial experience in TV, VOD, Cinema, CTV and Audio planning and/or buying

  • Strong understanding of the AV marketplace

  • Clear understanding of the role of AV on media plans

  • Ability to ensure 100% accurate output across AV processes

  • Exposure to clients and responding to briefs directly.

  • Extensive knowledge of industry planning and buying tools across the MX suite as well as Techedge to deliver best in class planning.

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday, with a need to occasionally visit client site.
