Job Description

This position involves managing and maintaining a predefined customer and key account area, updating and maintaining all orders, tenders, and offers in the ERP system. Responsibilities include building and expanding excellent customer relationships, assisting with the processing of outstanding invoices, creating and following up on offers, handling orders, actively contacting customers domestically and internationally, maintaining and developing customer relationships, negotiating contract terms, and clarifying technical and commercial issues with sales engineers and production. Additionally, the role includes price negotiations, price calculations, and supporting and advising external customers and subsidiaries, as well as handling complaints and ensuring timely delivery.
Must have:
  • Completed commercial studies or commercial training with experience in sales.
  • Good knowledge of B2B sales, including large customers and tender procedures.
  • Proficient in an ERP system (preferably NAVISION) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Very good German and English language skills in written and spoken form.
  • Experience in negotiating contract terms.

In dieser Position sind Sie (unter anderem) für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

  • Betreuung und Pflege eines vordefinierten Kunden- und Großkundenbereichs
  • Aktualisierung und Pflege aller Bestellungen, Ausschreibungen, Angebote im ERP zur Sicherstellung einer zuverlässiger Datenbasis zur weiteren Nutzung
  • Auf- und Ausbau hervorragender Kundenbeziehungen zur Verwirklichung der unmittelbaren und strategischen Geschäftsziele
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von offenen Rechnungen
  • Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
  • Abwicklung von Aufträgen
  • Aktive Ansprache von Kunden im In- und Ausland
  • Pflege und Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen
  • Verhandlungen der Vertragskonditionen
  • Klärung technischer und kaufmännischer Fragestellungen mit Vertriebsingenieuren und Produktion
  • Preisverhandlungen und Preiskalkulationen
  • Betreuung und Beratung der externen Kunden und Tochtergesellschaft
  • Bearbeitung der Reklamationen
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auslieferung

Fachlichen und menschlichen Mindestanforderungen für diese Aufgabe sind:

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im B2B-Vertrieb u.a. mit großen Kunden und Ausschreibungsverfahren
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einem ERP-System (bevorzugt NAVISION) und den Microsoft Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind vertraut mit dem Verhandeln von Vertragsbedingungen
  • Zu Ihren Stärken zählen Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Eine selbstständige sowie serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung ist für Sie selbstverständlich
