About the team
Telstra Business - Telstra Business Technology Centres provides IT and business support to Telstra's business customers.
In a typical day you will have scheduled sessions with AMs to discuss customer opportunities and potential solutions, as well as partners and internal TBTC stakeholders to provide advice and consultation on new business opportunities and upcoming changes to technology and release strategies.
About the role
Our Business Technology Advisors (BTA) plays an important role in providing project and technical support to our account management team, as well as developing and maintain relationships within the TBTC channel and strategic technology partners.
The primary activity for a BTA is to be consistently engaged with the portfolio through regular collaboration with the AM team to assist with identifying new opportunities and developing suitable solutions and your daily plan would be built around these types of engagements. This activity would include scheduled interactions with AM’s, customer presentations (VC and face to face), consistent engagement with TBTC strategic partners and internal stakeholders, as well as dedicated time to assist with building solution commercials and proposals.

As a Business Technology Advisor (BTA) at TBTC you will report into the Sales Lead and Centre Lead and provide support to the broader account management team. Utilizing your passion for technology and excellent customer service skills, you create the ultimate experience and turn our customers into loyal Telstra fans who support our TBTC.
You provide advanced solutions and best practice guidance, make decisions based on your commercial acumen and understanding of the market, coordinate with other departments to actively listen to customer’s concerns and support sales and marketing teams to turn our business goals into a reality.

This role is a full-time on-site role based in Perth.
