Job Description

As a Certification Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical compliance and excellence of our games. You will oversee the certification process, evaluating processes against established standards and criteria. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality. You will actively contribute to the smooth execution and success of certification and/or audit, review certificates and reporting and escalate any issues related, and ensure that every game's documentation is in order before it can go live. You will also need to master jurisdiction-specific processes around certification, team up with Technical Compliance and other key stakeholders to enable great and compliant content, and store documentation so that it is organised and easily accessible and retrievable. You will also contribute to creating internal procedures and processes.
Must have:
  • Previous experience in certification management or compliance related roles
  • Previous experience in iGaming sector
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to details
Good to have:
  • Project management or practical compliance related experience

ABOUT THE ROLE            
Join our team as a Certification Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring technical compliance and excellence within our organisation. As a Certification Specialist, you'll oversee the certification process, evaluating processes against established standards and criteria. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality will drive our certification programs forward, enhancing our reputation and credibility within the industry. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:        
  • Actively contributing to the smooth execution and success of certification and/or audit.
  • Taking control over 3rd party certifications by being one of the main points of contact with the Gaming team.
  • Reviewing certificates and reporting and escalating any issues related.
  • Ensuring that every game’s documentation is in order before it can go live.
  • Mastering jurisdiction-specific processes around certification.
  • Teaming-up with Technical Compliance and other key stakeholders to enable great and compliant content.
  • Storing documentation so that it is organised and easily accessible and retrievable.
  • Contributing towards creating internal procedures/processes.

     

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential Skills:
      

  • Previous experience in certification management or compliance related roles.
  • Previous experience in iGaming sector.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to details.

Nice to have skills:   

  • Project management or practical compliance related experience.
