Mercer is seeking a talented individual for a Consulting Internship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The intern will be part of the Rewards team and will work in a hybrid setting, as per the team's arrangement. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing survey products, interpreting findings for clients, providing tailored solutions, participating in consulting projects, and supporting consultants. The role requires performing basic research and analysis survey products on schedule with necessary direction and also interpreting survey findings to client and provide appropriate and tailor-made solutions to address specific client needs. The intern will be expected to perform tasks like participating in integrated consulting projects as appropriate with standard technical contents and also provide support to Consultants where required. The internship duration is between 3 to 6 months depending on University's requirements.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Psychology, Actuarial, Engineering, Finance, HR)
  • Proficient in using MS Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Able to complete minimum 3 months tenure

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards team at Mercer Malaysia. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Consulting Internship

We will count on you to:

  • Perform basic research and analysis survey products on schedule with necessary direction.

  • Interpret survey findings to client and provide appropriate and tailor-made solutions to address specific client needs.

  • Participate in integrated consulting projects as appropriate with standard technical contents.

  • Provide support to Consultants where required  while ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs 

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferable Psychology, Actuarial, Engineering, Finance, HR) or any equivalent

  • Internship duration between 3 months - 6 months depending on University's/Institute's requirements

  • Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information

  • Able to complete minimum 3 months tenure
