Job Description
This role involves conducting customer research through outcalling, understanding customer pain points with the product, and communicating these insights to relevant teams. The ideal candidate will handle research requirements for various product teams and possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language. Flexibility to work weekends and a proactive, learning-oriented approach are essential.
Must have:
- 3+ years in customer service/outcalling
- Experience in outbound calls
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional language
- Good understanding of MS Word and Excel
- Flexible working over weekends

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct customer research via calls
- Communicate with the customers to understand their pain points on the product and convey it to relevant teams
- Handle the research requirement of various product teams
Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in the customer service and outcalling
- Excellent Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language
- Should have experience in outbound calls
- Good understanding of MS Word and Excel
- Should be flexible working over weekends
- Constant learner, proactive, and follows up when things don't get resolved
