  • Act as a key liaison across SDLC stakeholders.
  • Lead QA and production deployment activities including FTEV validation, defect triage, and post-migration support.
  • Perform root cause analysis for incidents, document impact and resolution, and implement preventative actions.
  • Identify product gaps and growth opportunities through research on market trends, platform usage, and client feedback.
  • Support strategic decisions with analysis on ROI, consumer behavior, build-vs-buy assessments, and platform performance.
  • Maintain clear, detailed documentation (e.g., KT decks, data dictionaries, reference guides) and deliver regular training sessions.
  • Communicate product and incident status updates effectively to leadership and client stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar data-centric role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (Oracle and MS SQL Server) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Proven experience working with API integrations and data interface design in enterprise systems.
  • Solid understanding of system architectures, client/server models, and data integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow tools, including decision tables, data flow diagrams, and system mapping.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions across product and engineering teams.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to develop industry-related knowledge
  • Analytical, organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
