Job Description

As a Data Scientist in Brno, you will be designing and developing high-impact data products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Domain Experts to deliver production-ready solutions. The Enverus Data Science team builds advanced data-driven products that drive value across the energy value chain, using AI, machine learning, statistical methods, advanced algorithms, and deep domain expertise to tackle complex industry challenges. You will be creating and maintaining data products to solve key business problems in the energy sector. You will be expected to write clean, production-quality code and well-documented experiments and collaborate with functions to integrate models into scalable applications.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of Data Science experience
Experience with Python, Numpy, Pandas, and Git
Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
Experience with Scrum, Agile, and collaboration practices
Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset

Good to have:

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, modern CI/CD, and Spark

As a Data Scientist in Brno, you will play a key role in designing and developing high-impact data products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Domain Experts to deliver production-ready solutions. We have a globally distributed, highly collaborative team, and Brno is a growing hub for our data science innovation.

What you’ll do:

Design and develop data science product features and solutions.
Create and maintain data products to solve key business problems in the energy sector.
Write clean, production-quality code and well-documented experiments.
Collaborate across functions to integrate models into scalable applications.
Apply pragmatic, fit-for-purpose solutions and select the right tools for each job.

What you should have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
3+ years of Data Science experience.
Experience with development tools - Required: Python, Numpy, Pandas, Git. Preferred but not required: Kubernetes, Docker, modern CI/CD, Spark.
Deep understanding of data structures and data science algorithms.
