The Accountant will coordinate accounting functions, prepare financial analyses and reports, and assist with budget preparation and monitoring. Responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts, assisting with annual audit preparations, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and helping to organize tax returns. This role also involves contributing to the development of accounting systems, reviewing financial reporting requirements, and working with multi-currency entities. The Accountant will also perform intercompany activity reconciliations and analysis, and must comply with internal SOX related requirements. Furthermore, this position includes supporting junior staff as required.
