The Tesla Delivery Advisor is responsible for providing an exceptional ownership experience to new Tesla customers. This involves welcoming customers, managing pre-delivery and registration processes, preparing vehicles and documents (including loan and registration paperwork), conducting new owner orientations, and ensuring successful delivery appointments. The role requires close collaboration with Sales and Operations teams, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems. Delivery Advisors also contribute to process improvements, stay updated on industry trends, and demonstrate expertise in Tesla products and services. The position demands excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
