About The Team The Human Resource Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Lead the team to optimize the global talent mobility operation process and continuously improve the experience of employees and stakeholders; 2. Optimize the collaboration mechanism between the global talent mobility team and all relevant parties, continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and conduct real-time monitoring; 3. Promote the continuous iteration of Mobility-related systems; 4. Participate in the bidding and procurement, as well as daily management of relevant vendors.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Fluency in English; 2. Be able to identify problems and lead projects. Have strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications 1. Optimistic, highly self-motivated and resilient. Be able to seek breakthroughs in uncertainties and promote the progress of work; 2. Experience of team management or cross-border mobility operations will be a plus.
