- Implement and manage monitoring, logging,
and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance of
applications and services.
- Continuously optimize and improve
infrastructure, processes, and workflows for scalability, reliability, and
efficiency.
- Ensure security best practices are
followed in the design and implementation of infrastructure and deployment
pipelines.
- Troubleshoot issues related to
infrastructure, deployments, and performance, and provide timely
resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest
technologies, tools, and trends in DevOps and cloud computing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional
experience as a DevOps engineer or in a related role.
- Strong background in using CI/CD tools
like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Hands-on experience with configuration
management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as
AWS Platform.
- Experience with containerization
technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like
Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools
such as Nagios, Prometheus, ELK stack, etc.
- Solid understanding of software
development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration
skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS
Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
