As a DevOps Team Lead, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers to streamline and automate deployment processes. You'll design and implement CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable releases, oversee infrastructure management for high availability and scalability, and work closely with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. You'll foster best practices for configuration management, monitoring, and logging, and coach and mentor your team members, promoting professional development. Continuous evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve operational efficiency is key.
Good To Have:

Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field.

- Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation tasks.
- Solid grasp of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of successful team management.
Preferred Qualifications:
