This role is for a Salesforce Developer to work with global teams in India, UK, US, and APAC. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand project goals, developing high-quality Salesforce solutions, performing system design and software development, managing project timelines, providing customer service, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with integration teams. The ideal candidate will have significant Salesforce development experience, expertise with REST and SOAP APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce declarative tools (Flows), Lightning web components, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado). Experience with CPQ, Sales, or Service Cloud is also preferred. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, testing and debugging code, and creating supporting documentation. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for new technologies.

Responsibilities

Work with global teams in India, UK, US, APAC areas.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, business analyst, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.

Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements.

Perform development activities such as system design, software development, capacity planning etc.

Support of operational activities.

Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Provide a high level of customer service.

Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes.

Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems.

Support issue investigation, problem-solving, and issue resolution.

Skills

Must have

Significant experience of working with Salesforce as a developer.

Experience with Integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Able to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

Experience with Apex and Visualforce.

Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows.

Experience with Lightning web components, Lightning platform.

Experience with one or more of CPQ, Sales, Service Cloud.

Experience with CI/CD and Deployment tools. (ie Copado).

Experience with providing technical solutions and supporting documentation.

Testing and debugging apex code, ensuring quality and performance of the Salesforce application.

Professional qualification or equivalent.

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).

Solid English reading/writing capability required.

Strong communication & articulation skills.

Technical enthusiast that is curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.

Nice to have

Experience with Experience Cloud.

Knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable.

Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations.

Relevant DevOps certifications.
