Senior Cloud Engineer

Position Overview

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, your role will be instrumental in streamlining our software delivery lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing, implementing & maintaining our DevOps practices and optimizing the infrastructure together with our team in Bangalore & Amsterdam.

Things you could be working on:

• Work with the infra team to develop and implement a global hybrid cloud Kubernetes strategy
• Establish and implement CI/CD strategies that allow us to continuously release
• Enhance, extend, and run (internal) tooling to enable our software engineering and support teams to efficiently deliver software
• Migrate the pipelines from Jenkins to Gitlab CI"
• Improve the observability and tracing capabilities of our platform using Elastic Cloud APM to create a single pane of glass solution
• Run our local development environment to a Kubernetes-based setup
• Develop and maintain scalable and automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Argo CD, with a strong emphasis on Pipeline as Code.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS cloud.
• Implement and manage configuration using Ansible and maintain secure operations with a focus on security scanning tools (DAST/SAST).
• Ensure the security of code and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance using Prometheus and EFK stack.
