Job Responsibilities
- Process Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools using Python to optimize existing processes.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline manual or repetitive tasks across departments and build automated solutions.
- API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs with internal systems to automate data exchange and process workflows.
- Testing & Debugging: Ensure that all automation solutions are thoroughly tested, debugged, and optimized for performance.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes, workflows, and codebase.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, Product, and IT, to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of automated systems.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team on automation best practices.
Requirements
- Strong Proficiency in Python (3+ years of experience).
- Extensive experience with automation tools and libraries, such as Selenium, PyTest, Airflow, etc.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, web scraping, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation within DevOps environments.
- Create interactive visualizations by analyzing data from multiple sources and building insightful reports.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and the ability to optimize database queries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
