The Digital Content Intern in Taipei will support the E-commerce team. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, planning e-commerce features for a seamless customer experience, reporting on business success metrics, managing product information and inventory, collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting with customer service, planning quarterly operations and promotional events, and analyzing business reviews. The role requires close collaboration with various departments, including the US E-commerce team, APAC team, Supply Chain team, Consumer Engagement team, CS, IT, Logistics, and Marketing teams. The intern will also work with the RDC for return and damage goods management and maintain relationships with vendors.
