The Director, Global Alliances at Zscaler will align GSI strategies with company goals, drive joint sales, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities include planning joint business initiatives with GSIs, co-selling, aligning partnership efforts with sales objectives, representing Zscaler at industry events, and building executive relationships within GSIs. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management in technology, with a proven track record in the GSI landscape, particularly in India. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

We're looking for a Director, Global Alliances to join our team based in Bangalore. Reporting to the VP, Global Systems Integrators, you will be responsible for:

  • Aligning GSI strategies with Zscaler’s goals & plan joint business initiatives with GSIs.
  • Driving joint sales engagements and co-selling initiatives & align partnership efforts with sales objectives.
  • Setting and tracking KPIs for GSI relationships & analyze and improve partnership performance.
  • Representing Zscaler at industry events & build executive relationships within GSIs.

What We Are Looking For (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Having 10+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management within technology.
  • Having excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Having experience in the GSI landscape in India, proven ability to build high-performing alliances, and effective collaboration skills to achieve mutual business goals.
  • having experience in joint business planning and sales enablement.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • You have deep knowledge of the GSI ecosystem and cybersecurity trends.
  • You are a strategic thinker with execution capability in a fast-paced environment.
