Zscaler seeks a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Hong Kong to prospect, qualify, and schedule appointments with key decision-makers in global 2000 companies. Responsibilities include cold calling, networking, email outreach, and CRM (Salesforce) management. The SDR will articulate Zscaler's value proposition, collaborate with sales and engineering teams, and contribute to a strategic sales approach. This role requires proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and a strong understanding of enterprise sales.

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Development, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting into multiple organizations via cold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilizing Internet information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline.
  • Research customers, identify decision makers, penetrate, profile, qualify and schedule well qualified appointments with key decision makers within global 2000 or “targeted” companies.
  • Articulate Zscaler’s value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest.
  • Work closely with sales and sales engineering teams in the development of strategic sales approaches.
  • Extensive use of CRM (preferably salesforce.com) to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting into Enterprise companies 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail and a desire to succeed
  • Team player who possesses an ability to adapt and work in a fast paced, goal-oriented high growth sales environment
  • Experience in CRM systems (preferably salesforce.com)
