We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer with 5-8 years of experience specializing in Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure automation, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker, and cloud security best practices. This role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining high-availability cloud solutions while ensuring seamless CI/CD automation and scalability.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Azure Cloud Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and other automation tools.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers for microservices-based applications.
  • CI/CD Automation: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery, ensuring efficient and automated deployments.
  • Cloud Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for cloud security, identity management, and compliance in Azure environments.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Use tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and Log Analytics to track system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with DevOps, development, and security teams to streamline cloud infrastructure processes. Document best practices, architectures, and configurations.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize cloud usage to reduce costs while maintaining high performance.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in Azure cloud engineering and infrastructure management.
  • Expertise in Azure services (e.g., Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Networking).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for containerized applications.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and identity management in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting/programming languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
  • Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Experience with cloud cost optimization and governance in an enterprise environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Preferred Certifications

    Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert

    Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

    HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate


    Additional Considerations

    Experience in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures.

    Exposure to FinOps and cost-optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure.

    Contributions to open-source DevOps tools and repositories are a plus.

    Experience in serverless architecture and automation-driven deployments.
