ABOUT THE TEAM
- Our New game division’s mission is to create new hit hybrid casual music games that make interacting with music fun and a part of everyone's daily life.
- This division is responsible for coming up with ideas, developing new games through in-house game development or collaboration with partners, then publishing and continuously improving the marketability and product performance of the games until they meet the company benchmarks for transferring to operation phases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Artistic Leadership:
- Define the artistic vision and style guide for hybrid casual games, ensuring consistency across all assets.
- Lead the art team in creating visually appealing and engaging game assets, animations, and effects.
- Provide clear feedback and direction to artists to maintain high-quality standards.
- Team Management:
- Manage and mentor a team of Junior and Senior Artists, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of assets and project milestones.
- Technical Expertise:
- Work closely with developers to optimize assets for performance and integration into the game engine.
- Troubleshoot artistic and technical challenges, proposing creative and effective solutions.
- Innovation & Market Awareness:Stay informed about trends and innovations in hybrid casual games, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Push the boundaries of visual design to create unique and memorable player experiences.
