Job Description

Tesla seeks a Project Manager for its EMEA Sales and Service Infrastructure Development team. This role involves developing and managing scalable programs to enhance operations across EMEA facilities, including the creation of an asset management tool. Responsibilities include regular program assessment, stakeholder partnership, industry trend analysis, performance audits, and overseeing facility management systems. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in program or project management within the facility management sector, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. This position is crucial to Tesla's expansion in EMEA and requires a detail-oriented, collaborative team player.

Must have:

3-5 years in program/project management (facility management preferred)
Detail-oriented problem solver

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our EMEA Sales and Service Infrastructure Development team. What You’ll Do

Develop and manage robust, scalable programs to enhance operations across EMEA facilities.
Develop a scalable asset management tool to enhance operations across EMEA facilities.
Regularly assess, refine, and optimize facility-related programs.
Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
Proactively analyze industry trends, advocating for continuous improvement.
Conduct thorough audits to gauge program performance and impact.
Oversee the identification, deployment, and review of Facility Management systems.
Execute detailed analyses of data, costs, and operational efficiencies.

What You’ll Bring

3-5 years in program or project management, with a preference for expertise in the facility management sector.
Detail-oriented with a relentless approach to uncovering and resolving systemic issues.
Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes.
Competence in presenting complex topics succinctly and clearly.
Adept at meeting the requirements of diverse teams and projects under stringent timelines.
A team player with a collaborative spirit, able to excel in a cross-functional environment.
Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders
Excellent communication proficiency, both in writing and verbally.
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects with intricate deadlines.

Fluent in English, with additional language abilities beneficial.
