Job Description

As a Monteur Electromécanicien at the Saint Pierre des Corps site, you will be responsible for assembling and transforming components according to technical documents, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. Your tasks include organizing the assembly operations of electromechanical components, reporting on your activities, participating in performance improvements, and managing tool storage and maintenance. The role requires knowledge of mechanical and electronic components, along with the ability to use tools and quality references. The role also requires the ability to assemble mechanical parts, perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic connections, and control the mechanical or/and electrical functioning of assembled parts.

Au sein de notre site de Saint Pierre des Corps (37) et directement rattaché(e) au Responsable Production, vous avez pour mission de réaliser des opérations d'assemblage ou de transformation définies par un document technique, dans le respect des exigences qualité et délai à partir d'un ordre de travail donné.

  • Organiser l'enchaînement des opérations de montage des composants électromécaniques
  • Rendre compte de son activité et Participer à la performance
  • Assurer la gestion du stockage des outillages, Assurer la remise en conformité des outillages avant mise en production.

Compétences requises :

  • Compétences dans la lecture des dossiers de l’ilot d’affectation
  • Connaissances en mécanique et électronique de l’ilot d’affectation
  • Savoir utiliser les outillages et les référentiels qualités de l’ilot d’affectation
  • Savoir assembler des pièces d’un ensemble mécanique par collage, vissage, rivetage, boulonnage.
    • Savoir monter des éléments de guidage en translation ou rotations 5bague, roulements…)
    • Savoir assembler des systèmes pneumatiques et d’étanchéité
    • Savoir effectuer des connexions électriques, mécaniques, hydraulique ou pneumatique
    • Compétences pour régler et contrôler le fonctionnement mécanique ou/et électriques des pièces assemblées
    • Maitrise de la maintenance préventive et curative

Savoir- être :

  • Rigueur, organisation et capacité à s'adapter.
  • Savoir travailler en équipe
  • Gérer les priorités et respecter les consignes et délais
  • Savoir être réactif devant un aléa
  • Proposer de nouvelles idées, améliorations.

Formation(s) et expérience(s) requises :

  • CAP ou Bac PRO mécanique/maintenance ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire
