About the role:
You will be applying your in-depth knowledge and experience in electro-mechanical product development to the detail design and development of products that use polymers, metals and rubbers and which closely interface with PCBs and high-power electrical components.
You will be working closely with team members across our global development team, so your spoken and written communication needs to be clear and effective in order to be able to present your ideas, your concepts and your feedback. You will be problem-solving on new product development, identifying and resolving root causes of field failures and implementing effective cost reduction opportunities.

Who you are and what you bring:
- Top 07 IIT only B. Tech or Dual degree (IDD) - in Mechanical Engineering branch – CGPA 8 & Above.
- Preference is Dual (MTech) candidates.
- Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or master’s in product design, mechanical design or thermal engineering or related disciplines
- Good understanding of strength of materials, thermal engineering and manufacturing technologies
- Good exposure to rapid prototyping and volume production methods for electro-mechanical products
- Good understanding of plastics, castings, sheet metal, machining or similar volume production methods
- Good understanding of various materials and properties
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Innovative thinking and visualization skills for new designs
- Expertise in CAD 3D modelling and drafting preferably Solid works
