ROLE PROFILE:

The Enterprise Content Analyst will be working to build exceptional content to engage and inform colleagues globally in our organization. Your main goal is to help colleagues find information that will answer their questions and promote a self-service culture to improve efficiency. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual who wants to utilize their skills to improve the user experience and employee satisfaction. Our team will create, rewrite, and maintain colleague-facing knowledge articles and user guides on ServiceNow.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Create and update content using standard templates and components, including assigning tags, identifying keywords, and capturing metadata.
  • Adhere to publishing standards and guidelines.
  • Write knowledge content, user guides, and policies in a clear, concise, and user-friendly format that conforms to publishing guidelines.
  • Review and validate information to ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and searchable for multiple audiences.
  • Collaborate with the knowledge manager to ensure content accuracy and alignment with publishing guidelines.
  • Transform data into logical steps to simplify complex descriptions for seamless user journeys.
  • Verify that written content addresses frequently asked questions and provides instructions for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Update and revise content based on feedback, analytics, and user behaviors to support continuous improvement.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Respond positively to feedback from stakeholders to enhance the user experience.
  • Handle workload and multiple tasks efficiently to improve performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, content management, or a related role.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences and purposes.
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to act spontaneously, decisively, and flexibly, using sound judgment to produce engaging content efficiently.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management within ServiceNow, including the ability to select appropriate components and adhere to organizational guidelines.
  • Knowledge of metadata and SEO best practices.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle and deliver multiple projects within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
