Job Description

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in achieving key business outcomes and leadership priorities. This critical role ensures the CEO can focus on important tasks by effectively coordinating daily activities and managing relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and contribute to an organization focused on strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role requiring professionalism, discretion, and autonomy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include high-level diary management, inbox management, coordinating complex travel, preparing expense reports, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting business initiatives and special projects.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in achieving key business outcomes and leadership priorities. This is a critical role that ensures the CEO can focus on what matters most by ensuring the effective coordination of day-to-day activities and managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholder relationships.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and contribute to the success of an organisation focused on delivering strategic outcomes. As the first point of contact for Entain's CEO, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role which called for professionalism, discretion, and operating with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We embrace flexibility by offering a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week in the office to promote work-life balance and accommodate individual preferences. This role is required in Brisbane.

Your Day-to-Day...

  • Provide high-level diary management, including scheduling meetings and managing competing priorities
  • Oversee inbox management, ensuring timely and appropriate responses and follow-ups
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
  • Prepare and process expense reports, monitor budgets, and manage invoice workflows
  • Liaise with internal departments and senior stakeholders across the business
  • Support business initiatives, board and leadership team coordination, and special projects as required
  • Collaborate with office managers and broader support teams to facilitate organisational priorities

What You'll Bring

  • Prior experience supporting C-Suite or senior executive roles in a corporate environment
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with sound decision-making capability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with business management systems
