Job Description

Growe seeks a Financial Analyst to manage cash flow data in payment systems, prepare operational reports, reconcile discrepancies with the Operational Department, reflect transactions in accounting, and ensure the accuracy of payment system turnovers and balances. Responsibilities include data upload, analysis, reporting, communication, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and attention to detail, along with the ability to manage large datasets and work independently or as part of a team. A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role and a higher education degree are required.

Must have:

Higher education
1+ years experience
Analytical skills
Excellent Excel knowledge
Data analysis & reporting
Reconciliation & settlement

Good to have:

Accuracy & attention to detail
Ability to work with large datasets
Fast learning & independent work
Teamwork skills
