If so, please let us know how you can play a key role in shaping the future of VR and AI for training and education by providing information about your experience that supports our mission.We seek a highly experienced and proactive Senior Producer to lead our remote team of programmers, artists, and designers in creating cutting-edge VR education and training applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the gaming or simulation industries, with specific experience in VR and AI technologies.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple VR education and training projects, from concept through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with senior-level programmers, 3D artists, and designers to ensure a cohesive and innovative approach to VR education and training
- Manage and mentor a team of producers and associate producers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
- Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow across all disciplines
- Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and end-users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained to a high standard and is accessible to all team members
- Conduct regular project reviews, identifying risks and opportunities and implementing strategies to mitigate issues and leverage strengths
