The Fulfillment Supervisor oversees accurate and timely order picking, packing, and preparation in a cold production environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a bilingual team. The supervisor will use tools like Tableau, Google Sheets, Slack, Geneva, and Gmail to monitor operations, track performance, and ensure smooth workflow and quality standards.
Must have:
  • Supervise pick-and-pack operations for accuracy and quality standards.
  • Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during assigned shift.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members for optimized performance.
  • Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Work effectively in a cold storage environment.
  • Train team members on cold storage best practices and safety guidelines.
  • Use Tableau and Google Sheets to track and document order progress and team performance.
  • Communicate effectively using Slack, Geneva, and Gmail for coordination.
  • Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing key metrics, issues, and resolutions.
  • Ensure all orders meet company quality standards before dispatch.
  • Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Operate pallet jack to move pallets of products.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with communication tools.
  • Ability to work in a cold production environment.
  • Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • High level of accuracy in monitoring operations and fulfilling orders.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.

Job Overview:

  • Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift.
