Game Research & Development Intern focusing on engine research. Responsibilities include collaborating with scientists to research and develop advanced techniques in 3D geometric learning, re-meshing and UV optimization, physically-based animation and simulation, machine learning for computer graphics, motion planning in virtual cities, character locomotion and control, and realistic image synthesis and real-time rendering techniques. The intern will also research and develop tools and pipelines to facilitate the use of these technologies within the game development environment. The role requires strong coding skills (C++, Python, TensorFlow/Torch), a solid understanding of calculus, linear algebra, and basic numerical analysis, and excellent communication skills.
