We are seeking a passionate Games Specialist who gets excited about connecting all the dots and making sure that our game content, roadmap, and game launches are all delivered on time in order to ensure the successful launch and usage of game content. The Games Specialist will focus on promoting and maximizing the content portfolio and is responsible for ensuring a successful launch within the operator’s casinos of all new games.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the game release new launch & upsell strategy and co-managing the games roadmap;
  • Ownership of the Games catalogue and Games release process within the business. Create game awareness throughout the business, and in conjunction with the regional teams, with our customers;
  • Deep understanding of games, Game Content and Structures, Themes, Bet Models, Playability, Design UX;
  • Analysis of all slot and games performance and best placement of games on websites depending on performance. In conjunction with the Promotions Manager, analyse the impact of marketing campaigns on game performance. This includes close monitoring of RTP, customer participation, stakes and profit;
  • Understand and interpret the popularity of new games in the context of existing and/or traditional games, and how the marketing of these new games impacts revenues by testing timing and frequency of new games;
  • Drive games requirements, studio and commercial feedback, across Development, Operations, Marketing and Service teams;
  • Identify suitable opportunities for casino game upsell (new & existing content) across all product verticals;
  • Sharing information on customer requirements and feedback (game performance, quality in-game features, comparison to competitor), as well as knowledge of market trends, industry competitors, news and changes;
  • Providing feedback on game uptake, performance, quality, in-game features as part of the feedback loop with services and operations teams as well the game studios;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through service delivery and professionalism;
  • Contribute new ideas on how to improve the Bragg offering by proactively sharing knowledge of industry competitors, product & market developments with the team;
  • In conjunction with the Regional teams, build new and existing relationships with the key customers to further promote game uptake and promotion;
  • Be responsible for creating games presentations in partnership with marketing (available to internal and external) stakeholders to use;
  • Participate in client visits to present upcoming games, the roadmap and any other associated features to clients around the globe;
  • Help the Regional Account Managers in building the right portfolio for their individual accounts.

 

What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum 4 -year experience within the online gaming industry;
  • Relevant tertiary education (degree or diploma in a related field);
  • Experience in coordination, planning, public speaking and presentations.
  •  Experience across commercial, analytical, operational and marketing functions is essential.

 

Bonus points:

  • Previous experience in a similar games related role.
