Job Description

The GTM Program Manager will orchestrate and drive alignment across Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to ensure seamless execution and impactful enablement. This role involves managing cross-functional GTM projects, maintaining visibility into field-impacting initiatives, and optimizing the launch and communication of strategic programs. Responsibilities include owning and managing the GTM Enablement Calendar, developing and governing GTM launch frameworks, enhancing enablement communications, leading Sales Kickoff (SKO) and major enablement events, driving cross-functional collaboration, implementing data-driven GTM execution, and leading change management and process optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies, excellent project management skills, and strong communication abilities.
Must have:

Being a GTM Program Manager at iManage Means… 

You will play a critical role in orchestrating and driving alignment across Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and impactful enablement for our revenue teams. This role is pivotal in managing cross-functional GTM projects, maintaining visibility into field-impacting initiatives, and optimizing how we launch and communicate strategic programs. Your expertise will empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operate with clarity, efficiency, and agility. 

iM Responsible For… 

  • Owning and Managing the GTM Enablement Calendar – Serving as the central hub for all field-facing initiatives, ensuring that sales has a clear, prioritized view of product launches, training, marketing campaigns, and corporate programs. 
  • Developing and Governing GTM Launch Frameworks – Establishing structured, repeatable processes to ensure readiness and smooth execution of product, pricing, and program launches. 
  • Enhancing Enablement Communications – Creating clear, concise, and actionable communication strategies that drive engagement and alignment across GTM teams. 
  • Leading Sales Kickoff (SKO) and Major Enablement Events – Managing planning, logistics, and content execution for high-impact events that accelerate field productivity. 
  • Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration – Acting as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure a cohesive and strategic GTM approach. 
  • Implementing Data-Driven GTM Execution – Leveraging analytics to track enablement effectiveness, prioritize initiatives, and continuously improve program impact. 
  • Leading Change Management and Process Optimization – Identifying inefficiencies, driving adoption of new processes, and fostering continuous improvement within the GTM organization. 

iM Qualified Because I Have… 

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM program management, sales enablement, or strategic operations within a B2B SaaS environment. 
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of executing cross-functional initiatives successfully. 
  • Expertise in enablement communications and change management, ensuring clarity and adoption across GTM teams. 
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN). 
  • Proficiency in enablement and project management tools (e.g., Seismic, Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Monday.com). 
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, balancing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 

Bonus Points If I Have... 

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing GTM strategy. 
  • Background in event planning for SKOs, QBRs, or other major sales enablement events. 
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales enablement technologies.  
  • PMP, CAP, or other project management certifications, or formal training in project/program management methodologies.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
