Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Production activities including regulatory compliance as per plan in component workshop.
- The implementation of regulatory requirements and strict adherence to Quality Standards, Internal and External Audits compliance.
- Developing new component business to support the MRO growth.
- Strategic planning and close coordination with SPC and BD are required.
- To initiate Component Business excellence programs in the areas of process excellence, cost reduction, TAT initiatives, different regulatory standards certifications, audits and implementation of audit findings.
- Preparation of budget for all workshops and Timelines for manpower planning, recruitment, PMP.
- Liaison with regulatory bodies such as DGCA, FAA, EASA, and other countries aviation regulators
- Internal coordination with departments Quality , Planning
Qualification :
Basic AME license or passed relevant module examinations of AME license or Degree /Diploma in subject relevant to aircraft /component maintenance.
Experience:
Must have at least 15 years of civil aircraft /component maintenance out of which 5 years in
maintenance and certification of aircraft component / part in workshop approved under CAR
145/equivalent standards and 2 years of managerial experience.
