Responsible for management of Salesforce platforms, overseeing architectural design, and providing architectural guidance for solution delivery projects
Own the training and development of SF end users to improve adoption allowing the business to fully leverage the Salesforce product suites
Providing technical guidance on architectural solutions within the Salesforce environment and third party software
Designing workflow automation with business owners
Lead Salesforce governance plan and product roadmap
Support configuration in Salesforce - including but not limited to creating custom objects, fields, validation/workflow rules, flows, data clean up, creating users, profiles, and roles
Develop Salesforce Org strategy to manage existing org across departments
Proactively coordinate with various stakeholders (domestically & internationally) to prioritize projects and communicate changes to those stakeholders
Fully own & manage the sales tech stack (supporting how it integrates with marketing tech), ensuring that we are getting the best return out of our investment, e.g. monitoring usage, managing integrations, etc.
Manage budget in conjunction with sales leadership
Provide technical and architectural leadership for SalesForce applications, platforms, middleware, 3rd party services, and databases
Identify and recommend third-party products/applications and determine when it is appropriate to enhance our Salesforce experience
Build and maintain territories to support a growing sales team; build efficiencies and automation into the account assignment for these territories
Build and maintain reporting that gives leadership full visibility into conversion across our funnel, including multi-touch attribution that will help to drive more intelligent investment decisions
Evaluate and integrate tools that support our sales enablement efforts
Partner with IT team in implementing process changes to ensure compliance with privacy policies, security audits and certifications
Build and maintain sales compensation plans; coordinate with Finance to provide reporting for these to all commissioned employees
5-7 years experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration
Leadership experience is highly preferred, but not required
Experience working with senior management and end users to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using the Salesforce platform and products
Demonstrating proficiency in IT areas of analytical thinking and innovation and a successful track record in strategy development and execution.
Proven track record in maintaining integrity, accountability, transparency and quality in governance, performance and reporting activities
Salesforce Admin or Architect certifications and Tableau experience is a major plus, however, sufficient Salesforce expertise to manage Salesforce team members to drive results is needed
