Job Description
As a Senior Manager - Product and Contracting at DreamSetGo, you'll develop and deliver innovative travel products for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Responsibilities include handling customer queries, planning itineraries, converting business, offering premium service, utilizing Centurion/AmEx value propositions, prioritizing client requests, and accurately completing travel reservations. You'll manage pre and post-event details for MICE groups, draft itineraries, and oversee execution across all stages. The role requires expertise in luxury travel, international destinations, and vendor relations.
Must have:

- Customer service & sales experience
- Itinerary planning & execution
- Vendor relationship management
Good to have:
- AmEx/Centurion knowledge
- GDS skills
- MICE group management experience

As a Senior Manager - Product and Contracting, you will drive the development and delivery of innovative travel
products while ensuring seamless operational execution for high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and premium
groups. Your role combines product innovation with premium service delivery, ensuring DreamSetGo remains a
leader in luxury sports and experiential travel.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries regarding Fares & Ticketing and planning customer travel itineraries.
- Close/convert business based on identified customer needs and provide premium customer service.
- Offer relevant Centurion/AmEx value added propositions using detailed knowledge of customer’s lifestyle choices.
- Prioritise & efficiently fulfil clients requests.
- Accurate & timely completion of travel reservations for HNI groups & individuals.
- To keep a mandate, follow up on the reporting of Pre & Post MICE Group details.
- To be able to draft itineraries based on clients requirements.
- To be able to handle overall execution across all the stages pre, during and post the group execution.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of high-end, luxury travel & lifestyle products, services & value propositions
- Good knowledge of International destinations, suppliers, hotels and Sporting Events.
- Knowledge of Destination & Visa Rules.
- Good rapport with Consulates / International Airline / Hotels / Domestic & International hotel suppliers.
- Experience in managing airline vendor relations.
- Elementary Global Distribution System (GDS) skills.
- 4-10 years of experience in customer service, travel sales, hotel & concierge.
