The job incumbent will play a crucial role in the creation, communication, and implementation of our Cast engagement initiatives, aimed at continuously enhancing positive Cast experiences. The individual will also generate insights for future planning, compile reports for management decisions, and support other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
Support the HR Employee Engagement Team in planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing resort-wide Employee Engagement events and programs that align with the company’s engagement strategies and business priorities.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on designated Employee Engagement activities, including the Cast Communications and Advocacy Team and the Cast Advisory Council.
Create and develop high-quality, creative materials and content for Employee Engagement initiatives. Provide logistical support for events and programs including but not limited to promotion, enrollment, and registration.
Manage the Employee Engagement Event Calendar to ensure all planned events remain on track and are delivered according to the agreed timeline.
Prepare regular reports and event highlights on resort-wide Employee Engagement programs and initiatives.
Provide additional administrative support and coordination for the Employee Engagement team as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in any discipline. Degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Marketing, or Communications will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience in working with cross functional departments, event planning and project management in sizeable organizations, experience in operations is a plus.
Good team player with high degree of confidentiality.
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
Creative, proactive and willing to accept challenges, and able to work in pressurized time periods.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong in graphic and poster design skills and familiar with basic graphic design software including Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator etc.
Fluent in both Cantonese and English.
