The HR Ops Analyst serves as the regional operational resource for Latin America, supporting local EHRBPs in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Brazil. Key responsibilities include managing benefit requests (meal vouchers, gas vouchers, remote work vouchers, medical insurance), creating employment letters, managing intern administrative processes and invoices, maintaining HR information system accuracy, tracking probation periods, handling payroll inputs, recording personnel changes, managing the executive car fleet, managing remote work allowances, generating reports, managing profit-sharing payments for former colleagues, responding to HR inquiries, and performing vendor management and invoice analysis. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR processes. Advanced English is mandatory; Portuguese is a plus.
