We are pleased to Introduce our new Human Resources Professional Rotational Program – an exclusive opportunity for best-in-class HR professionals to gain diverse experiences, develop strategic skills, and grow their careers.

Over the course of this two-year program, you’ll rotate through key HR functions, including HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee Relations, and conclude the program in a function of your choice.

Along the way, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, tackle high-visibility projects, and gain a comprehensive view of how HR drives organizational success.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand client needs, providing a consultative approach to solutions

  • Own initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective prioritization of work

  • Manage multiple projects, maintaining timelines and meeting objectives

  • Approach challenges with creativity and a solutions-oriented mindset, driving effective outcomes

  • Use data and analytics to tell a compelling story, clearly communicating insights and recommendations

  • Use systems and tools to manage day-to-day processes and resolve client issues

  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $90,000 to $90,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
