Job Summary
Job Description
As a Human Resources Apprentice at Neostella, you will support the internal Human Resources processes in a fast-growing, agile, and startup-minded environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities include supporting activities related to internal Human Resources processes, assisting with well-being activities, supporting the management of new hires, and following up on affiliations with compensation funds, withdrawals, work certificates, employee letters, among others. The schedule is from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays off.
Must have:
- Support internal Human Resources processes.
- Assist with well-being activities.
- Support new hire management.
- Follow up on compensation fund affiliations.

- Stipend: $1,423,500.

En este rol, trabajarás estrechamente con equipos multifuncionales y apoyarás en el día a día al área de Recursos Humanos.
Responsibilidades:
- Serás responsable de apoyar las actividades relacionadas con los procesos internos de Recursos Humanos.
- Apoyo en las actividades de bienestar
- Apoyo en la gestión de los nuevos ingresos
- Seguimiento a las afiliaciones a caja de compensación, retiros, certificados laborales, cartas de empleados, entre otros.
- Horario: 08:00 am a 05:00 pm de lunes a viernes (descansamos sábados, domingos y festivos)
