Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Bogota. This is a fixed term - hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to drive the full life-cycle recruiting process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. We are seeking an individual who is not only highly engaged and takes pride in their work but also thrives in our startup environment. Independence and ownership are key facets of success in this role.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture, which ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven services to internal hiring teams
  • Focus on process development & metrics/analytics - helping Impulse continually raise the recruiting bar.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in end to end TA process.
  • Strong understanding of operational roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Experience in sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, phenom, computabajo, etc).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both managers and candidates.
  • Knowledge of various recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, Boolean searches etc.
  • Exceptional analytical and proactive skills.
  • Exceptional skills to partner with internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service and maintain positive relationships with client contacts.
  • Exceptional time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with can-do attitude.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to lead and influence at leadership levels.
  • Possess a high level of ability to creatively problem solve.
  • Capable of evaluating and changing priorities on an as-needed basis
  • Must be able to perform efficiently within a high pressure, fast paced team environment

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience of using Phenom would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Recruitment experience gained from within the Insurance market, Professional Services or Consulting.
