We are looking for an HR Generalist to join us and accelerate the build-out of this ground-breaking product.
Role Overview
As an HR Generalist, your presence, motivation, and drive will be pivotal in helping the team build advanced software systems to protect the IT infrastructure using AI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to increase the productivity and excellence of the global team.
This role offers a unique opportunity for growth–could lead to championing business operations or if you aspire–becoming the site lead.
Responsibilities
- Source talent, facilitate interviews, and provide feedback to candidates
- Manage candidate pipeline using LinkedIn and ATS
- Implement and manage new hire orientation
- Define and execute employee quarterly feedback programs
- Ensure accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs.
- Review and track payroll, leaves, benefits, and expense reimbursements
- Maintain optimal functions of HRIS, providing user support and conducting training as needed.
- Guide on employment-related issues to operations leadership.
- Gather and analyze Human Resources market metrics such as turnover and employee engagement surveys.
- Administer compliance with state and central government employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on trends, best practices, and HR and employment law regulatory changes.
- Serve as a key team member, aligning business and operations support with company objectives.
- Be the champion of employee engagement and wellness. Organize regular team meetings, outings, parties, and get-togethers.
- Act as a change agent, identifying continuous improvement opportunities in HR processes and systems.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of human resources experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar field or equivalent work experience.
- HRIS experience is required; human resource certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of current employment laws.
- High degree of confidentiality.
- Strong understanding of data protection and storing sensitive information.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly motivated with a flexible and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within teams.
