Design Works Gaming is looking for an experienced and determined HR Manager to join our Human Resources Team in Scottsdale! At DWG, our HR Manager will be responsible for employee relations, compliance with labor laws and continuing to grow an engaging, exciting and invigorating company culture. Your Role and Impact:

Investigate employee relations issues and make recommendations on resolutions
Advise and coach managers, at all levels of the organization, on such employee issues as performance counseling, coaching and disciplinary actions
Coordinate termination processing, conduct exit interviews, and track/analyze trends
Assist with employee recognition programs in place and collaborate with the HR Team on new programs to implement
Organize team building activities and company events
Ensure the company adheres to all local, state and federal labor laws and regulations.
Manage the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews and hiring employees.
Develop strategies to improve employee performance, engagement and retention.
Collaborate with management to take steps toward limiting employee turnover
Implement new team members’ benefits and work closely with brokers on medical, dental, vision and 401K offerings
Partner with the HR Team on various projects to enrich employee benefits and experiences at Design Works Gaming
Provide timely assistance to team members
Manage and update internal HRIS (Paylocity)
Additional duties as assigned
