Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative role at Aryaka involves generating leads, qualifying potential customers, and communicating the value proposition of Aryaka's solutions. The role requires building and managing a sales pipeline within an assigned US territory using Salesforce and sales engagement tools. The representative will collaborate with marketing and channel teams, track performance metrics, and contribute to a high-energy team environment. This position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and clear career advancement opportunities. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on generating pipeline and qualifying leads across six strategic U.S. territories: Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, Northeast, Central North and Central South.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of B2B inside sales or lead generation.

  • Experience with Salesforce and sales tools.

Good to have:
  • Background in SD-WAN or cloud networking solutions.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join our new Austin-based team. You’ll play a key role in generating pipeline and qualifying leads across six strategic U.S. territories:

  • Southwest – Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada
  • Northwest – Northern California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah
  • Southeast – Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Alabama, Mississippi
  • Northeast – Massachusetts to Washington D.C., including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania
  • Central North – Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio
  • Central South – Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana

This is a high-impact, onsite role where you’ll contribute directly to Aryaka’s U.S. expansion—while developing your sales career in an environment built on collaboration, coaching, and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations and solution positioning.
  • Understand customer pain points and confidently communicate Aryaka’s value proposition.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline within your assigned U.S. territory using Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, and Channel teams to execute territory-specific strategies.
  • Track engagement and performance metrics to hit monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Contribute energy, ideas, and a growth mindset to a tight-knit, high-energy team.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, sales development, or lead generation—preferably in SaaS, networking, or cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales tools such as SalesLoft, Zoom Info and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A team-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite work environment.

Great To Have

  • Background in SD-WAN, SASE, or cloud networking solutions.
  • Experience working within regional territories.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger.
