International Expansion Strategy & Operations

This role is remote and can be executed across EMEA.

As part of our strategic growth plan, we aim to expand into new international markets, establishing local entities and building a strong global presence. We're looking for a dynamic, independent and experienced individual to spearhead this effort.

About the Role

Working with the Finance, Legal, Sales and Revenue operations team, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to increase our global presence. 

In this role,  you will: 

• Lead the setup of legal entities in new territories, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards

• Collaborate with legal, finance, sales and revenue operations teams to establish operational infrastructure, including billing, banking, tax compliance, and payroll

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and prioritize opportunities in new international regions

• Evaluate competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, cultural nuances, and market demand for our products

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in international expansion

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in international market expansion roles or top-tier consulting firms with significant exposure to international market expansion projects, preferably in the SaaS industry.

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of legal, financial, and regulatory requirements for establishing entities in international markets.
