Join our team: 

We're expanding our team of dedicated sports traders and are in search of a dynamic individual to take on the role of International Horse Racing Trader. You'll be part of an energetic team of 11 professionals, working collaboratively to manage and trade in the exhilarating world of international horse racing.

The Role:

• Compile pre-match odds for all Scandinavian Trotting markets and actively trade those markets.
• Oversee the horse racing process throughout the event cycle.
• Monitor incoming bets and manually review bet requests.
• Efficiently settle markets post-events.
• Manage risk and perform detailed client analysis.
• Provide second-line support to our Customer Service team, ensuring a seamless betting experience for our clients.

Requirements?

• Applicant must be Malta-based or willing to reallocate.
• Extensive knowledge of horse racing and familiarity with bookmaking theory.
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Swedish or Danish is crucial. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in providing second-line customer support.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the branding team.
• A background in mathematics or statistics is desirable.
• Strong numerical ability regarding probability and risk distribution

Desirable Attributes:

• Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Highly competitive mindset.
• At least 2 years of experience in sports betting.
