Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:

Administer and process multi-country payroll with a primary focus on US payroll.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
Compliance and Reporting:

Stay updated on US and international payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings, compliance reports, and audits.
System Management:

Maintain and update payroll systems and records.

Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management promptly.
Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and standardization across international payroll functions.

Participate in payroll-related projects and system implementations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience focusing on US payroll and international payroll exposure.
Knowledge:

Strong understanding of US payroll regulations (FLSA, IRS guidelines, multi-state tax compliance).

Familiarity with global payroll systems and international tax regulations.
Skills:

Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday) and Microsoft Excel.
