Hoe ziet jouw stageperiode eruit?

In deze uitdagende en afwisselende HR stage draai jij volledig mee binnen onze HR-afdeling en leer je alle operationele aspecten van HR:

• Je fungeert als first-line-support voor medewerker, managers, HR managers en recruitment voor vragen met betrekking tot HR tools, -systemen en -beleid.

• We verwerken gegevens in de payroll (GlobalView), controleren de invoer en zorgen ervoor dat de maandelijkse payroll goed verloopt.

• Je draait mee in de HR processen en projecten door je eigen ideeën en verbeteringen in te brengen.

Uiteraard krijg je ook de ruimte om opdrachten vanuit school uit te voeren.

Waar kom je te werken?

Je maakt deel uit van een divers team van 10 HR Support Officers die het hoofdkantoor, business lines, R&D organisaties en een fabriek ondersteunen. Daarnaast hebben we ongeveer 35 in Nederland gevestigde HR professionals in recruitment, rewards, legal, HR systemen, HR analytics, plus nog eens ~300 HR collega's wereldwijd. We hebben zowel in Eindhoven als in Nijmegen een HR kantoor.

• Je bent een ingeschreven MBO, Bachelor of Master student in HR

• Je zoekt een stage voor 32 tot 40 uur per week

• Je bent pro actief en leergierig

• Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden

What can you expect?

Contract:  This is a fixed term contract with 32-40 working hours per week.

Our offices: The Netherlands is home to our global headquarters (Eindhoven) along with two additional sites (Nijmegen & Delft) and includes a diverse team of over 2000 employees with 51 different nationalities focused on R&D, manufacturing, product development, business operations, legal and sales.
