Job Description

The Global Head of Revenue Enablement will play a key role in improving sales productivity across all regions. This role involves collaborating with global go-to-market leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to define the sales enablement strategy. Responsibilities include leading enablement strategy, developing onboarding programs, building and leading a high-performing enablement organization, driving operational excellence, leveraging AI and SaaS tooling, measuring the impact of enablement, and reinforcing company culture. The candidate should have experience in global revenue enablement and operations, possess strong executive presence, and be an analytical problem solver. They must also be proactive, action-oriented, and a culture carrier.
Must have:
  • Lead global revenue enablement teams in enterprise SaaS.
  • Exhibit strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Drive operational excellence and impact in sales operations.
  • Understand sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Solve problems with ambiguity and autonomy.
  • Build and analyze business metrics with finance and RevOps.
  • Be proactive and build roadmaps.
  • Be a culture carrier.

Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

About The Role:

We are looking for a Global Head of Revenue Enablement to play a key role in enhancing our sales productivity across all regions. In this role you will collaborate with the global go-to-market (GTM) leadership team across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations on defining our sales enablement onboarding and continued enablement strategy. Your ability to foster strong relationships, align teams, and drive projects to successful completion will be crucial to your success.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Lead Notion’s thinking on how to actualize our strategy through our amazing global revenue teams and leadership via strong relationships and insightful analysis of our business
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to develop a best in class onboarding and continued enablement program - including product knowledge, sales methodology, and tooling adoption
  • Build, inspire and lead a high performing enablement organization capable of delivering relevant and engaging education globally to multiple revenue personas and levels
  • Drive operational excellence across the business and the enablement organization to support our operating rhythm and ensure our global teams are synchronized to our strategy
  • Leverage, build, customize and embed cutting edge AI and SaaS tooling to amplify your team’s efforts globally and improve outcomes for the field
  • Measure, monitor, and communicate the impact of enablement efficacy against specific business critical metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Build engaging, thoughtful and multi-modal education that positions each student to win in market and reach their full potential with Notion
  • Reinforce Notion’s culture and business value across all enablement programs

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience leading global revenue enablement and operations teams in enterprise SaaS industry
  • Strong executive presence, including written/verbal communication skills & stakeholder management
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and impact in a revenue / sales operations, program management or other equivalent role. Ideally you have 3+ years of direct experience in revenue operations in addition to your enablement resume.
  • Deep understanding and ability to coach on MEDDPICC, sales competencies, methodologies, and frameworks including
  • Problem solver who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, autonomy, and taking ownership
  • Analytical problem solver who can build, analyze and discuss quantitative business metrics with finance and RevOps
  • Proactive by nature, biases towards action while building forward looking roadmaps
  • Culture carrier, with a strong ability and desire to roll up their sleeves and make an impact in a high-growth environment

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $250,000 - 300,000.
